Dani Vitale: Commercial Dance Master Class

Commercial dance master class with professional dancer and choreographer Dani Vitale.  

Originally from Cleveland Ohio, Dani Vitale grew up dancing competitively at a small studio proficiently training in every style of dance. She began quickly choreographing and teaching for her neighborhood studios at a young age and even founded the dance team which is still in effect today at her high school Notre Dame Cathedral Latin. In between training the Cleveland Cavalier dance team she started training in Los Angeles and New York City, finally making the decision to move west coast immediately after graduating High School. Dani got accepted into the EDGE Performing Arts Center scholarship program. Upon graduating, she immediately started working professionally for artists like Katy Perry, Beyonce, Rihanna, Eminem, The Jonas Brothers, Christina Aguilera, Demi Lovato and MANY more. Doing multiple world tours, movies, multiple seasons and episodes on TV shows such as GLEE, Shake It Up, The Voice and ALL of the yearly award shows, Dani began to assist big name choreographers and directors on projects. It was then when Dani started really seeing her passion for choreography and creative direction. She has been teaching at professional studios in California and around the world for 10+ years and her love of helping molding young ones and pre professionals through dance, body positivity and confidence has been the most rewarding. Dani’s choreography career started to take off soon after doing music videos for Nick Jonas, Carly Rae Jepsen, Demi Lovato, Panic At the Disco, Halsey, Kelly Rowland, Snoop Dogg and movement coaching for actors, models for commercials such as Kohls, Under Armour, Dicks Sporting Goods, DOVE, GOOGLE, EA Games, Apple and many more. She directed and choreographed the Tell Me You Love Me world tour with Kehlani, DJ Khaled and Demi Lovato and most recently Halsey’s “Manic Tour”. Having her choreography work appear on Good Morning America, The AMA’s, EMA’s, VMA’s, Jimmy Fallon, The Ellen Show and TRL. Working more behind the camera Dani has worked on the production and creative direction team with Dick Clark Productions on the Billboard Music Awards and Country Music Awards working across the entire show on every artist’s performance from the concept to stage. Dani’s mission on every job is to be knowledgable in everyone’s role surrounding her to ensure the best communication and product. One of her main passions throughout working is representing dancers in the best way possible. She is on the board for SAGAFTRA and Dancers Alliance representing dancers and choreographers working tirelessly to improve rates, conditions and contracts for future generations of dancers.
